Do you sell new iPhones?
Only the latest model on the market comes new and sealed. Earlier models are pre-owned and sold by grade (A, B or C), checked and with a 30-day warranty.
What comes with each iPhone?
A free case and screen protector. A charger is not included, but we carry chargers at the store.
Do you ship?
Yes. In Santo Domingo it's cash on delivery: you pay when it arrives, and the cost depends on your location — send us your location on WhatsApp. Elsewhere in the country we ship once paid in full.
Do you take credit cards?
No. We take cash and bank transfer.
Will you take my iPhone as part of the payment?
Yes, if it's factory-unlocked and genuine. You can send photos on WhatsApp, but its value is confirmed at the store. We don't give cash back.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, with requirements: a Dominican ID, age 21 to 65, income over RD$25,000, and an active credit card or loan with good history for more than 6 months. Message us and we'll walk you through it.
Do you sell Android phones or iPads?
No. Cellfoteka carries only iPhones and their accessories.
Are the website's prices the store's prices?
Yes. They come from the same inventory we quote from on WhatsApp.
